In future, you should check with buyer if they want a substitution for item if one purchased is not available.would save all a lot of trouble. We ordered the model (iPL10) from a different buyer and received it before the one ordered from you.We are returning the one ordered from you. We needed the USB port and the iPL22G does NOT have it.we should have been notified that the one we ordered was not available and asked if we wanted the other model.we would have said no, for that reason. We ordered the iPL10 because we knew (since we had one already) it had the features we needed and was the style we wanted. iHome iPL10 (This speaker dock takes the traditional clock-radio cube to a new level. When I called to confirm which one was actually sent, all I could get out of the REP, is they didn't have or were out of the iPL10 so they were sending the model iPL22G, as a substitution. Ordered the iPL10 model radio, pictured above.THEY SENT THE iPL22G.I knew before receiving item, because when I received the shipping notice, it had the wrong radio/model # pictured on the shipping notice.
